Praise God, our Olivia is home again with her parents and little sister, Brynn.
Olivia was diagnosed, and has been given medication which will control her health issue. We are so very thankful for medical technology–certainly one of God’s great miracles in our time!
Thanks to every one of you who responded either on the blog or via email to our family concern! God bless you all!

I didn’t get a chance to comment on your last post about her, but I was praying for her and the rest of your family. Now I join you in praise of our great God who cares for each little one!
Jen, thank you so much for praying! Olivia’s parents are so grateful, and are deeply touched by all the prayers that have gone up for their little treasure.
They are grateful too, for the physicians and nurses at Milwaukee Children’s Hospital. Such a vital, caring place–and what a special ministry of mercy!
Thanks again!
Another blessing to add to the Thanksgiving list. I’m so glad and will say a prayer of gratitude to those angels…
Amen! Praise be to God, the great healer!
Jen, I just found your blog! It is wonderful, meaty, and often hilarious!” Only a cat lover can appreciate the “Indentured Servant to Cats”!
I’m going to feature it with your URL soon. 🙂
Oh, Mrs Been, I’m honoured! I haven’t been posting much with depth in recent months, besides my Sunday hymns, but I do appreciate your comments! 🙂
I found you over on Ingrid Schlueter’s blog, The Hope Blog. You and she were discussing some poetry you had written, and she posted a bit of it. Is there somewhere to access your work on your blogs or elsewhere? I really appreciated what I read there.
Hmmm… I just looked at your categories on this blog and found one poem…
🙂
Hi, Jen. I do have a couple of books which I self published. Poetry is not easy to market, but occasionally one of my poems will appear in Time of Singing or WestWard Quarterly.
I plan to put more on at least one of the blogs in the future! It’s so good to know that someone out there enjoys poetry! I grew up on it. 🙂
